Fully remodeled facility with ADA access and parking improvements, new fire alarm and sprinkler systems, upgraded electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, solar panels, updated interiors including doors, windows, flooring, fixtures, and finishes.

Site will feature a mix of single, dual, and triple occupancy guest rooms, including ADA mobility and communication options, 7 private full bathrooms, 3 private half bathrooms, 3 ICMS offices, 1 food prep room, 1 separate pantry, laundry room, community/dining room, exterior designated smoking area and communal space, gated entry, and onsite parking.

Site will be delivered as a turnkey, 62-bed Emergency Homeless Shelter in Los Angeles in a Prime location on Melrose Avenue between La Brea and Fairfax. Currently under construction, estimated completion May 2024.

Fully remodeled Board & Care facility with new interiors, windows, flooring, paint,building systems, fire sprinkler & alarm, ADA accessbility and controlled/gated building access.

Site will feature guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms including ADA mobility and communication options, 2 community rooms, dining room, food prep room, designated smoking area and 3 case offices for staff while providing clean lines of sight on each floor for staff to ensure a safe environment.
